3. Pneumatic device: used to control the movement of the machine head to open and close the cylinder.

4.Vacuum system: Before extruding the rubber material, vacuumize it to remove the air inside the barrel and head and the gas contained in the rubber material, thereby improving the quality of the next-process vulcanized products.

5. Heating system: adopts water circulation heating method, and the temperature is controlled and displayed by a digital thermostat to ensure the constant temperature of the head and barrel.

6. Cutting device: It is composed of a frame, a motor, and a deceleration system. Inverter motor can be selected for stepless speed regulation, and gearbox or four-speed motor can also be selected for variable speed. A transmission device is installed in the lower part of the frame.
